MPF is a cleanroom facility located on the University of Central Florida campus. We are open to both public and university users.
Our facilities are capable of wafer scale fabrication including MEMs, opto-electronics, nano-photonics, semiconductor devices, and microfluidics.
Our facilities offer low rates for prototyping purposes and can supply low cost student labor as well as a variety of other services.

We supply standard chemicals, gasses, and general supplies for our users. There is a flat hourly fee to use our all of our equipment.
